Our gifts have arrived!
We love gifts as much as you, so when we make ours, we use the same care and attention to detail as we would if we were making them for ourselves.
Our padded spectacle cases come in two sizes. The smaller size is a nice fit for average sized glasses. The large size is ideal for glasses that are on the bigger side and is also perfect for sunglasses.
We use beautiful Batik fabric which originates in Java, Indonesia. Batik is the art of decorating cloth using wax and dye. The word Batik comes from the Javanese tik, meaning to dot. Selected areas of cloth are blocked out by brushing hot wax over them, and the cloth is then dyed. The parts covered in wax resist the dye and remain the
original colour. This process is then repeated to create elaborate, colourful designs.
We use contrasting lining, padding for extra protection and we finish each one with a button - just because!
Our drawstring jewellery pouches are great for using at home to keep all your precious things together and come in really handy for travelling. We use the same Batik fabric and contrasting lining as the spectacle cases because we love it so much. The inner section of the pouch is divided into sections to stop things tangling up and the base is padded so it will sit nicely on your dressing table. The drawstrings (ribbon actually) are finished with snazzy beads. We have two sizes to choose from:
Small: Ideal for travelling and can also be used as a safe place for dungeons and dragons pieces.
Large: Good if you have lots of jewels or for stashing other precious things - cats, babies - maybe not!
Do you ever pick up your wine glass and then wonder if it really is yours because surely you had more wine left than that! Well, problem solved with our handy wine glass charms. We have a range of themes to make tracking down your glass a piece of cake - if that's what you like with your wine.
What hipster hound could resist our dog bandanas and bow ties? Our tie-on bandanas are reversible, giving your dapper dog two looks in one and are machine washable at 40 degrees (always handy). There are a range of sizes. The measurements given below are from long end to long end including the ties. When tied, please make sure you leave two finger widths between your bandana and your dogs neck, the same as with a collar. A reef knot is a secure way to tie your bandana. We have included some examples of breeds alongside each size, but as with us humans, dogs come in all sorts of sizes, from svelt to chubby, so you could use your dog's collar as a guide.
If you need something either smaller or larger (cripes) than that, please get in touch and we will make a bandana to suit.
If your posh pooch fancies something smaller but equally stylish, one of our dog bow ties or flowers might do the trick. Both attach to your dog's collar with a hook and loop fastening. If your dog doesn't wear a collar we can make you a matching neckband with a hook and loop fastening.
